Purchasing a gift card is simple. You can choose whether the gift card is sent to you or directly to the recipient. If you choose delivery to yourself, you can pass it on in whatever form and at whatever moment feels right. If sent directly to the recipient, everything is handled automatically.
Yes. After purchase you can immediately choose which questions to attach to the gift card. You can use ready-made question categories or create completely custom questions for the recipient. When they activate the gift card, these questions appear first in their app, giving them a clear direction for getting started.
No problem. If the recipient already has an account, the gift card time is added directly to their existing account and all previous recordings are kept intact. The questions you attached to the gift card are included in the usual way and appear immediately after activation.
You can get a full refund on an unused gift card within 14 days of purchase. If the gift card has already been activated, a refund is unfortunately not possible. Please contact our customer support and we will be happy to help.
All stories are safely preserved even after the Premium period included in the gift card ends. The user can continue reading and sharing stories. To make new recordings, an active subscription is required. The period can be renewed at any time.
