Yes! You can use Sanota's ready-made, inspiring question categories or create completely custom questions you'd like your loved one to answer. These questions help them get started and give the storytelling a clear direction. Sending the questions works seamlessly straight from the app as soon as the gift is activated.
No problem. If your loved one already has a free or paid account, the gift package's year of Premium use (and the optional book) can be added directly to their existing account. All previously recorded memories stay completely intact, and collecting new stories can continue without interruption.
Yes. If the storytelling journey hasn't started yet and the package is unused, you'll get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If the app has already been actively used and stories have been recorded, a refund is unfortunately no longer possible. In these cases please reach out to our customer support and we'll help you forward!
All collected stories stay safely preserved even after the Premium period ends. Memories can still be read and shared with loved ones digitally just like before. Recording new stories requires an active subscription, which can be renewed easily at any time.
Once enough stories have been collected, the material can be laid out into a valuable hardcover book. The book is bound in stylish, durable covers and printed on high-quality paper, so it feels and looks like a real heirloom. The finished book is delivered straight to your door, ready to be enjoyed and preserved from one generation to the next.
